A type of Flora, these Gnarls and Branches grow from Preternatural Flowers and create Infected Greenhouse Towers, covering them with hazardous roots and vines that will harm you if you touch them. They glow in the presence of the player, and glow brighter near the Preternatural Flowers.
Note that Preternatural Gnarl can be destroyed, and the surrounding radiation eliminated, by shooting the Preternatural Seeds nearby with the Crossbow.
