One of the smaller facilities of its kind.
Structure[]
Lower Pad[]
The lowest accessible point on this tower isn't all that low, with the lower pad coming in at 295 MaSL. This is a very small pad featuring a Dirty Water Container, the location's Beacon Tower and power box, as well as some general rubble. It is extremely difficult to land here, but not impossible. As long as at least one room's worth of flooring can touch this, you can still land. However, as you'll see later on, it's not worth landing here if that's as high as your ship can go. Taking the only staircase available will lead you to the landing pad.
Landing Pad[]
The landing pad is empty. It is simply a larger area to land on with no clutter, higher up at 300 MaSL. Taking the only staircase available will lead you to the upper pad.
Upper Pad[]
The upper pad is almost as sparse as the lower pad, with the exception of featuring a column base that supports the ruins of a structure. There is no means to reach the upper structure on foot, and even in a ship it would be difficult to manage, as you'd need your ship to have maximum altitude capability to reach 320 MaSL, as well as maneuver with built-out catwalks to try and reach it. However, seen hanging out of the upper structure is a Wrecked Docking Plank, which can be scanned on foot from the upper pad.
Upper Structure[]
While it is possible to reach the upper structure with just catwalks, it is significantly easier to reach this with the Docking Plank you scanned while on the upper pad. Going through the opening will land you on the middle floor of the upper structure. Various resources can be found on any floor, but if this is your first visit to a High Point then you will also find the Wrecked Recycler hanging from the ceiling on the lower floor that you can scan for research. Note that the stairs to the lower floor are broken and you will have to jump when coming back up.
The upper floor also holds an area you are required to jump over in order to reach a blocked door used to go outside and up to the Turbine Housing. Helium can be found just outside this door as well as on the roof of the structure just before the Turbine Housing.
Turbine Housing[]
Like all other Wind Farms this location features a Wind-Turbine Housing unit, but unlike other Wind Farms it only holds one. Inside, Copper can be found.
