Hemorrhagic Fever (Item) is produced by scanning Chitin in the Virus Sample Analyzer.

Completing the Virus Minigame will give you the item. Once the Minigame is completed once per item, that item can be used to craft another Purified Virus without playing the Minigame another time.
The first time you create the purified Hemorrhagic Virus, you will also unlock the Research Recipes for: Blood Coagulator Booster, Hemoglobin Purifier.
