Acquisition
The Extractor is one tool you acquire in the tutorial area. It has it's own tool slot in the hotbar.
Uses[]
Wrist-mounted tool used to extract resources from old-world remains from a short distance with a focused energy beam. Mostly used to extract resources or in places where any variation of Deck Extractor can't be used, such as inside big structures and in the Underdust, to remove obstacles blocking a route to a particular place, or to create a shortcut. Internal battery lasts varying amounts of extractions, depending on what is extracted. Can be recharged by extracting Energy Containers either floating around or standing on the platforms. Alternatively it can be recharged by hand, which is needed if no charge is left to extract Energy Containers.
Battery capacity or recharge time can be adjusted with the Extractor Upgrade - Capacity or the Extractor Upgrade - Reload.
Crafting[]
The Extractor recipe is unlocked as soon as you have the broken extracktor and the suit printer picked up. It can be crafted in the Suit Printer with the following ingredients:
