The Electric Cooker can only be acquired by crafting it in the Fabricator.

The Electric Cooker is used to boil Raw Food into Cooked Food. Almost all consumables can be boiled in the Electric Cooker to produce a healthier, safer-to-eat variant of the item.

The Electric Cooker is unlocked as a crafting recipe upon placing the Fabricator onto your Airship at the Starting, Tutorial Location.
