Information
The Access Terminal, located in the Descent to the Underdust, is classified in-game as a World Object. The Access Terminal is a device you will need to scan in order to unlock the blueprint for the Access Module. This device functions like a Lock, and the module as a Key. Put the key into the lock, and you'll gain access to the Elevator to the Underdust.
